Quicken and QuickBooks Instructions

Attention Customers - Our Online Banking System was upgraded on November 17th, 2014.

In our continuing efforts to provide you with state of the art electronic banking options, we have upgraded our Online/Mobile Banking systems. This initiative will provide more sophisticated technology to better serve you. Please read the information below for login instructions. Thank you for your trust and continued business!

How do I sign in to Online Banking?

  • Step 1: Click on the "Login To Online Banking" link above.
  • Step 2: Your current User name (now Access ID) will stay the same; however, to log in you must type in your username in all lowercase letters, and no spaces are allowed. For instance, if your username is JohnDoe22, it will be converted to johndoe22. If your username is Jane Doe23, it will be converted to janedoe23.

  • Step 3: Your temporary password will be the last six digits of the primary account holder’s SSN or TIN. For example, if your SSN or TIN is 123-45-6789, the initial password will be 456789. The password will need to be changed immediately and will require at least eight characters including one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number (special characters are also allowed but not required).

  • Step 4: Next, the system will prompt you to answer new security questions. Please keep track of your answers to these questions and note that they are NOT case sensitive.

  • Step 5: Please read and agree to updated online terms and conditions.

Once you are logged in, most frequently used functions are available on the front page of the site.

*Attention customers of our new branches in Dallas and Fort Worth (formerly Park Cities Bank), your Access ID and password will remain the same.*
